These terms govern your use of the SwiftHub3PL website and the Amazon account management services we provide. By creating an account or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these terms.
2. Our services
We provide Amazon account management services, which may include listing creation and optimisation, advertising (PPC) management, keyword research, competitor analysis, inventory monitoring, case handling and reporting. The services included in your subscription depend on the plan you choose, as described on our pricing section.
Results on Amazon depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition and Amazon's own policies. While we work to grow your sales, we cannot guarantee specific results.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to sell the products you ask us to manage, and that they comply with Amazon's policies and applicable law.
4. Subscriptions and payment
- Plans are billed monthly in advance, in pounds sterling (GBP), through our payment provider Stripe.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month until it is cancelled.
- Each plan covers a set number of SKUs. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time from our pricing section.
- Prices may change. We'll give you notice before a change affects your subscription.
5. Cancellation
You can request cancellation at any time from your account dashboard. Your plan remains active until the end of the notice period shown in your dashboard, and you can withdraw the cancellation request before then if you change your mind.

7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our website or services, including by attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfering with the operation of the site, or using the services for anything unlawful.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by Amazon's actions or policies, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
